butts getting basted with championship recipeChampionship BBQ Baste Recipe

  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Water

Pour all ingredients into container. 

Shake well and keep refrigerated.

Very simple recipie, but it will help to keep your meat moist, flavorful and also help you to build a nice bark on your pork shoulders and pork butts.
